The 2300-square-foot, four-bedroom, four-bath Breezehouse is packed with luxurious features, including Blu homes’ stunning signature ‘Breezespace,’ which spans the living area and offers true indoor-outdoor living, as well as a spacious and open floor plan, soaring ceilings, an elegant bathroom and chef’s kitchen, and a 460 square foot “Origin” casita, perfect for use as a guest house, office, art studio, or media room. In this multipurpose pod, Blu is hosting its “Design Center” concept space - offering clients the chance to design their own Blu homes in 3-D, build a budget, choose specifications, and receive assistance from Blu professionals on land research and financing.

The Real Simple and This Old House “2014 Dream Home of the Year” also features stylish interior design by San Francisco’s Monogram Decor with local design assistance provided by Homepolish, as well as eco-friendly and drought-tolerant landscaping. Interior design details for the home include art by Pure Photo and handpicked furniture and decor from local vendors including Agoura Antique Mart, HD Buttercup, West Coast Modern, and Mart Collective. The Breezehouse’s integrated “smart” features include home automation, iPhone-controlled lighting, a Sonos^® sound system, and an electric car charger in the garage.
