Star-studded, Red Carpet Event Was Dubai’s Most Sought After Invite
Dubai, United Arab Emirates: 23rd October 2014/PRNewswire – The hottest ticket in town last night was a VIP invitation to the exclusive international premiere of Director Farah Khan’s upcoming film, ‘Happy New Year.’ The glamorous event was held at Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai where most of the film was shot in 2013 with the all-star cast including Deepika Padukone, Shah Rukh Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Boman Irani, Vivaan Shah, Sonu Sood and Jackie Shroff walking the red carpet.
The cast and Director set foot on the red carpet at Atlantis, The Palm, greeting thrilled fans, VIP guests and press. A number of India and Dubai’s who’s who attended the invitation only event and partied until the early hours at the exclusive after party at Nasimi Beach.

The film, produced by Red Chillies Entertainments Pvt Ltd, was shot at Atlantis, The Palm in conjunction with Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing and Dubai Film and TV Commission for almost a month in September 2013. Atlantis was the perfect location for the grand Bollywood film; the majestic resort’s attractions brought the fun scenes to life including The Grand Lobby, Nasimi Beach, The Royal Beach, Dolphin Bay and The Ambassador Lagoon.
