Rewards Programs Trump Financial Incentives When Choosing a Credit Card
The new Chase Ultimate Rewards digital experience sets itself apart from the original website by offering a more personalized online experience that makes rewards easier to access and understand. The new website’s features include:
- A personalized dashboard and online rewards activity module displaying recent activity and points accrued, accessible from internet enabled devices including smartphones and tablets
- Curated travel content and in-depth travel guides for destinations around the world with recommendations for hotels, restaurants and activities
- Engaging content that allows cardholders to “like” reward offerings which will in turn tailor the site’s content according to their “favorites”
- Customized reward offers which are tailored to a cardholders’ lifestyle and card activity
- User experience designed to offer an optimal user experience on a variety of digital devices
Additionally, Chase customers can still redeem points for travel, gift cards, cash, experiences and more.

The new Ultimate Rewards website is available to Chase Sapphire cardholders today and will be available for Ink from Chase cardholders and Chase Freedom cardholders later this year.
