“The Road Home to Craftsmanship tour allowed us to share and document conversations with small business owners who rely on their specialized trades and crafts to make their living; these are the people who deserve the spotlight every day,” said Tony Ambroza, senior vice president of marketing at Carhartt.

Small Business Saturday is a counterpart to Black Friday and Cyber Monday, which focuses on large corporations and e-commerce. U.S. Census Bureau data reports businesses with less than 20 workers account for nearly 90 percent of all business in America.

“As a fourth-generation, family owned and operated company, we understand the importance of small business at Carhartt as more than two-thirds of our retail business partners are small business owners,” said Ambroza.
