Only authorized people can access an Online Member Centre account and the portal itself is hosted within a secure web environment offering CNW clients greater security benefits than ever before.
By following the portal’s simple seven-step process, clients will minimize back-and-forth email or phone discussion with CNW’s News Centre when confirming details such as distribution times, dates, network choices, languages or image captions. Building accuracy right into the submission process saves significant time between news release upload and distribution.
CNW’s Visibility Reports provide clients with a strategic overview of their communication programs by allowing them to view and export analytics and compare news release performance against industry benchmarks. Get news release results such as traffic, audience demographics and engagement in real-time, anytime with clear and effective charts and graphs.
The Online Member Centre’s Media Studio feature makes it easy to manage photo, video and graphics files -- an unwieldy task within some organizations, especially when more than one department produces content. “On day one of use, every multimedia file a client has ever distributed with CNW will be tagged and waiting in their Media Studio,” said Guillot. Clients will also enjoy a collection of stock photos to choose from if they don’t have one of their own to use.
With this new portal, CNW continues its ongoing desire to develop platforms that support the entire communications process and lighten our clients’ workload. The Online Member Centre is equipped to manage distribution of both English and French files, with a French language interface planned for release in future.
