The annual awards honor Lithium customers for their excellence in digital customer experience. Lithium customers, from 17 countries spanning five continents, submitted in six categories to highlight how they are using the Lithium platform to connect and engage with their customers. Winners were determined by community votes, and a judging panel including industry analyst and author of the CRM Watchlist Paul Greenberg, Brad Wallace of Ernst & Young Digital and a selection of Lithium executives.
