The most secure way to send files to us is by using the secure file request that was included in our “Getting Started” email. NOTE: You should use this link to deliver any remaining or replacement files, even after we’ve started to build your page. We will confirm receipt of all files.
After successfully logging onto the secure site, you should see something similar to this grid below. Next click the magnifying glass icon in the “Preview” grid. You have to have pop-ups enabled on your computer for preview of page to appear. It’s usually having pop-ups disabled that initially causes this confusion. If successfully logged into the secure site but you don’t have a Job appearing like this below, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your Username will always be a viable email address. Try the “Forget Password?” link and then enter your email address as both Username and Email. If the message “Insert a vaild username or e-mail” appears then that means a MultiVu account hasn’t been created yet, which is fine. If you are a new user, a MultiVu account will automatically be created by the time your Preview is available for your review. A separate email will be generated around the time your Preview is ready from email@example.com with instructions on setting up a password. Please follow the steps in that email to be able to retrieve your secure preview. The subject line of email is: MultiVu Username and Password created for PR Newswire
For security reasons, one can only login to our secure site with a viable email address. If you want to provide us with email addresses of colleagues or end-clients so the system will generate their own MultiVu account, that is an option. However, they too will have to follow the steps on setting up their own password.
No. However, if you have access to the actual video file and can send that to us, then we can use that version of the video to distribute the video to online consumer sites for you.
We recommend that you don’t. On the page, you are able to, but for promotion on the PRN industry Twitter accounts, we cannot. We want to drive traffic to the landing pages that we are building for you, so our default recommendation is to add that link to the end of your Tweet. Please discuss with your Project Manager if you have a special scenario.
Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it. Please try to keep your Tweet to about 100 characters so we can include a link to your branded landing page and give people room to Re-Tweet or reply to you.
Yes! Here is a good starting place: https://ireach.prnewswire.com/page.aspx?content=180239231
Yes. This distribution will upload 1 video of your choice to online consumer sites. We don’t recommend choosing b-roll, since that is more for media than consumers. We also cannot use terms such as: b-roll, commercial, ad, advertisement, spot, or anything specifically labelling your video as an ad. When choosing a headline for your video, we recommended 40 characters or less and using keywords that people would use when looking for your video online (think about what you would type into the YouTube search bar to find your video).
Sample list of sites we will upload to: YouTube, Vimeo, Dailymotion
Somewhat. Our pages are custom designed to best show off your content. When we see the number and size of your assets, we can best advise on how to set up the page. If you have specific needs, such as having a column of content on the side instead of in the middle of the page, we can accommodate that.
