A new way to experience Bordeaux — chilled, mixed, and made for the moment.

Place in the bottom of a glass:

• one slice of lime,
• two mint leaves,
• gently muddle everything using a pestle,
• three large ice cubes, then pour:
• 8 cl of ginger ale,
