NORTH CANTON, Ohio — April 1, 2026 — For more than 35 years, Camp Invention® has developed confidence and problem-solving skills in young innovators through authentic, hands-on STEM activities. In the 2026 program, Spark, curious campers will transform into confident creators as they explore entrepreneurship, launch a space mission, solve an animal mystery and spark their innovative superpowers!
Camp Invention, a program of the National Inventors Hall of Fame® in partnership with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, provides a unique experience for children to make discoveries about the importance of intellectual property while exploring, creating and designing. Camp promotes STEM learning; builds leadership, perseverance and resourcefulness; and encourages entrepreneurship — in an exciting and engaging environment.
“I love that this camp lets my kids step out of the usual roles that they have at home and in school, and explore different parts of themselves,” said the parent of 2025 Camp Invention campers. “At camp my son learns to be more creative and my daughter learns to be more independent.”
Each year, the program features a new curriculum inspired by some of our nation’s most world-changing inventors — the National Inventors Hall of Fame Inductees. This year’s Spark program encourages children to be confident in their ideas and explore their innovativeness though hands-on activities including:
