CIBC signs on as anchor tenant at state-of-the-art urban campus coming to Toronto
Bay Park Centre will house new headquarters and employee campus designed to foster innovation for clients
CNW, TORONTO, April 12, 2017 – CIBC (TSX:CM) (NYSE:CM)
announced today that it has agreed to become the anchor tenant of Bay Park Centre, a new urban campus at 81 and 141 Bay Street, Toronto, that will be developed and jointly managed by Ivanhoé Cambridge and Hines, with construction starting this spring. The world-class complex will serve as CIBC’s headquarters and a campus for approximately 15,000 of the bank’s Toronto-area employees.

CNW, TORONTO, le 12 avril 2017 – La Banque CIBC (TSX:CM) (NYSE:CM) a annoncé aujourd’hui avoir signé une entente pour devenir le locataire principal du Bay Park Centre, un nouveau campus urbain situé au 81 et 141 de la rue Bay à Toronto, qui sera développé et géré conjointement par Ivanhoé Cambridge et Hines. Les travaux de construction commenceront ce printemps. Le complexe de calibre mondial hébergera le siège social de la Banque CIBC en plus d’un campus qui accueillera environ 15 000 des employés de la banque basés dans la région de Toronto.
