When it comes to innovation from the car world, the place to catch it all is the SEMA Auto Show in Las Vegas. Not your typical car show and closed to the public, SEMA is where tens of thousands of auto enthusiasts from around the world check out the latest and greatest car gadgets, products, tools and news. Unique Models: The star of SEMA is a mind-blowing custom truck build from Ken Block: the 1977 Ford F-150 Hoonitruck, presented by Toyo Tires. Specially built for GYMKHANA TEN, this AWD truck has a 914hp Ford Performance Ecoboost V6 and Toyo Proxes ST III tires. The Hoonitruck made its first-ever appearance in the Toyo Tires booth at the 2018 SEMA Show. It will also be shown in more detail during Block’s upcoming Amazon Prime Video series, The Gymkhana Files. Block’s GYMKHANA TEN drops as an early exclusive on Amazon Prime Video on December 7th, followed by a global release on Hoonigan’s YouTube channel December 17th.
Designer Vehicles:2020 Kia Forte GT - Kia spread its amazing product looks and muscle inside SEMA with the debut of its new performance Forte, the GT. The Forte GT will be offered in GT1 and GT2 packages and is set to go on sale next summer. The GT trim is fitted with a 201-horsepower turbocharged engine, fully independent front and rear suspension and growling sport-tuned exhaust - all direct from the factory to the show floor. Available 18-inch high-performance Michelin Sport summer tires mounted on GT-exclusive two-tone alloy wheels, LED headlights, projector fog lights, GT-exclusive black sport grille with red highlights, gloss black power outside mirrors, sport side sills and rear spoiler help set this hot sedan apart from the crowd.
