Pramod Arora was named President and CEO of WMS in 2013. Prior to this leadership role, Mr. Arora served as Chief Operating Officer. He stabilized and grew the WMS business over the years, notably managing it through the unprecedented Covid-19 pandemic shutdown of the cruise industry in 2020. In 2022, Mr. Arora successfully led a private equity-supported buyout of WMS to spin-off the entity from its previous owners, partnering with CCP Capital Strategies. Before joining WMS, he spent more than ten years at AT&T in a variety of roles, including sales, customer service, internal audit, network operations, and managing carrier alliances. Mr. Arora has more than 25 years of diverse experience in fields ranging from finance and sales to engineering, strategy, and M&A/divestitures. Mr. Arora holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Jabalpur University in India, and an MBA from the University of Georgia in Athens, GA.
