MultiVu Online Hosts Cision’s Summer Interns in Cleveland July 25
CLEVELAND, July 25, 2018 – For the second year in a row, MultiVu is pleased to host the Cision interns in Cleveland. From July 24-26, six interns from universities in Ohio will learn about branded landing pages, broadcast media tours, and video and creative services provided by MultiVu. Interns will also participate in a fun scavenger hunt of landmarks in downtown Cleveland as part of the branded landing page session, led by Ashley Gorman, a project manager for the MultiVu Online team. This exercise aimed to get the interns involved in gathering content to create their own branded landing page.
Interns will rotate throughout the company, working with mentors in each department and learning as much as possible about the communications industry in a few days. The internship concludes with broadcast project manager Lindsay Hohl, who will guide interns through media tours, public service announcements, audio news releases, video production and distribution, and other MultiVu creative services.

Allie Beres is a Business Major with a specialization in Marketing at Ohio University, expected to graduate in May 2021. Allie is a Dance Instructor at Above the Barre, as well as a member of the Ohio University Dance Team. She is also a member of Alpha Gamma Delta on campus, where they raise funds for Fighting Hunger philanthropy.
Madisson Boring is a Strategic Communications major in the Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University, expected to graduate in May 2020. Madisson is the Recruitment and Marketing Executive Vice President for Alpha Delta Pi. She is also a member of the Ralph and Luci Schey Sales Center on campus.
Ren Chernich is a Media Arts & Studies major with a specialization in Integrated Media and a minor in Marketing at Ohio University, expected to graduate in December 2018. Ren is the Social Media Account Manager and Post Production Editor for AVW Newstime. She was also a PR and Music Team Assistant at All Campus Radio Network, promoting events for the entire campus.
Meghan Furlong is an Organizational Communication major in the Scripps School of Communication at Ohio University, expected to graduate in May 2020. Meghan is a member of the Schey Sales Center, as well as a Writer and Editor for Her Campus Ohio University. She is also a member of the Women’s Mentoring Program.
Ashley Purnell is a Public Relations major at Kent State University, expected to graduate May 2019. Ashley was a Student Reporter on Commuter and Off-Campus Life for KentWired. She is also a member of PRSSA, where she was selected to participate in the Bateman Campaign and implemented a full public relations campaign for With Purpose.
Ellen Wagner is a Journalism News major in the Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University, expected to graduate in May 2020. Ellen is an Assistant News Editor at The Post, an independent student newspaper.
