It’s an exciting time at MultiVu – as we see our business evolve and grow with the incorporation of our Strategic approach and the launch of our new MultiVu Subscription and digital marketing product suite.
We want to ensure success for our clients by evaluating and improving the process it takes internally and externally to get there. This includes building and strengthening the relationships we have with each other as colleagues through the improvement of our workflows, collaboration and learning.
The client success team will consist of the current online project management team, web designers and the broadcast project management team. These skilled pros have already been the backbone of our client experience for well over a decade and we expect even greater things as we move ahead with our plans to serve our clients even better.
We are fully focusing our efforts at this time to ensure that the MultiVu client experience is easy, streamlined, and successful - a true partnership that makes every project better.

ABOUT THE EXPERT: Kim McCabe
Kim McCabe is the Director of Broadcast Operations at MultiVu, a Cision company. She joined MultiVu in 2003. Previously Kim worked for The Orbis Broadcast Group and Pentagram Design, NY.
During her time in the broadcast/PR industry she’s been involved with account management, media relations, pitching and producing satellite and radio media tours.
Kim works from her home office, outside of Philadelphia. In her spare time, Kim’s enjoys spending time with her husband and two teenage sons.
Kim is a graduate of The Catholic University of America, Washington D.C.
